Heat Wave Cooking: Avocado

During this awesome 100-degree weather, I made the mistake of boiling water for pasta, making my apartment impossibly steamier than I ever thought it could get.

Therefore, I’m now defaulting to this recipe for avocado.

Buy an avocado.  Slice it in half (perhaps even with the back of the spoon).  Eat with spoon. Repeat as necessary.

Perfection.
